Rockstar Spotlight: Theo

Theo is no stranger to the Rocks Group family and all our fabulous guests!

Theo started out his bartending career with the company at Sheer Rocks and grew within the company as Bar Supervisor at Rokuni! He’s the mind behind many of Rokuni’s cocktails that we now know and love today.

With help from the lovely Damian, Bar Supervisor at Catherine’s Cafe, Theo was able to curate the perfect cocktail list that incorporated Rokuni’s Asian-inspired concept with Rocks Group’s signature flavours.

You may see Theo throughout the restaurant with a smile on his face or on the dance floor for Sunday’s Music on the Rocks, showing off his finest footwork. Be sure to show him your best dance moves next time you’re at Rokuni!
